Mexico Chiapas SHG

    Chiapas, down in Mexico's southernmost corner, is where some seriously dedicated smallholder farmers grow some seriously good coffee. Their farms dot the Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains between 1,200–1,750 meters up, where the rain keeps coming, the volcanic soil is rich, and the forest canopy keeps everything in balance. It's the kind of place where coffee thrives naturally.
