If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to make things right.  Please email your concerns to shop@breezewaycoffee.com.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you've purchased coffee brewing equipment, apparel, or other merchandise and it has arrived broken or otherwise in poor condition, please contact us right away to discuss best options.

We are unable to process any refunds for bags of coffee or any tea products.
