The Danbi Udo station in Ethiopia's Guji Zone produces exceptional coffee through careful craftsmanship. Owner Hailu Abebe and his team hand-select ripe cherries and employ meticulous processing and sorting to preserve quality at every step. Grown at elevations between 1,950–2,200 meters above sea level, these beans develop the density and complexity that make them ideal for roasting. After processing at the mill, the coffee travels to Addis Ababa for final dry milling before reaching us.
