Crack of Noon is a decaf coffee that was developed as a tribute to our late father. Known as "The Baze". He would often sleep until the "Crack of Noon". This is a versatile single origin coffee that is great as filter brewed coffee and espresso.

The coffee is a Sumatran coffee, using the methylene chloride (MC) process to remove the caffeine. This process makes it an excellent option for those who want to enjoy the notes of a Sumatran coffee without the caffeine, maintaining the integrity of its flavor and body.
